Cascade Mountain Resort is located on the south side of the Blue Ridge Parkway 3 miles from I-77 and U.S. 52 near Fancy Gap, VA. The area is surrounded by 50 mile vistas, located on over 400 acres and offers:

The resort is equipped with its own central water and road maintenance equipment.
